Make the standard mailfont and size available for Richtextfields

Please make the mailfont and size available to set it in a richtextfield via lotusscript. Now is not possibel to read the user current mailfont and size. we will set in the application the body field with this settings.

IP address tracking via Notes Client

Out-of-office logs (Service Type)

By default, we cannot see any logs pertaining to OOO when it is enabled or disabled or if any issue happened while it was enabled. Having a log record to show what happened will help us identify what caused any OOO related issues.

Enable Server Only archiving, allow users to view their archive settings but do not allow modifications to those settings.

We have created a server only archiving policy. We do archiving from server to domino server. But despite the poilicy, user is able to modify the archive settings and create new archive files or clobber exising files. So this should be prevented. ...
