A meeting with A/V should have the option that _any_ user can start the A/V, even if a moderator is not present

Especially on internal meetings there is no reason to wait for a moderator. So it would be preferred that all users can do "join call" after the first user has joined.

Disable Guest Access

Enterprise customers do not use guest access for internal use due to lack of audit ability. The current room entrance UI is designed for mainly guest. Switch to disable guest ui (and to display authenticated login panel instead) is required.

Recent use devices in meeting setting

In Sametime Meeting setting, can choose Camera, Mic, Speaker. Every meeting default OS devices are set. Saved recent use devices are friendly to use.
