    Include Export in App history

    The feature request harmonises with LEAP-I-82 namely can we please have a history entry if the app has been exported.

    Mail Journaling, remove unessential design elements from mailjour.ntf

    This comes from CS0608132, where we discussed the issue that a CalendarProfile is added automatically to the mail-journaling database. This profile causes issues with archiving. Please remove unessential code and design elements from mailjour.ntf.
