Reuse of components

In Notes/Domino applications you can reuse components by copy and paste and link them together with "Inherit from design template"

This should be possible for Volt applications too.

    There's 2 ideas in this submission - 1) copy and paste things between apps (which will be in v1.0.5 and 2) inherherit change from a design template (different thought which gets into the need to making changes once for many apps)
