It would be better to provide some basic info of the Apps or Tools with some page link or some info because of name changes difficult to recognize some....
Does this refer to HCL LEAP (formerly known as Form Experience Builder) ? If so, maybe you are referring to this demo (https://www.hcltech.com/user) ?
