Open declaration of script file does not lock design element

When using "Open Declaration"/Ctrl click on a "Use "my_script_name"" within a script file, it opens the file but does not lock the design element. The element can edited and saved using Ctrl-S while another developer has locked the file.

Add datetime to all console.log entries

Many entries in console.log do not have date/time details. This makes it difficult for these to be easily integrated into log aggregation tools such as Splunk.

Implement "Server_Clock_User" to show server transactions for a specific user

I'm sure that we had this already in release 7.0.2. The setting limits "Server_Clock=1" so that you can see server transactions for a selected user.
