    Function to determine database ACL size in bytes

    A function which could help to determine the exact size of database ACL in bytes. It can be used to identify if ACL size is closing to the 32K limit.

    changing user name should be automatic in Sametime, now admin should create file (CSV) ,upload it and run the command. so many support calls on this! this can and should be automated. it is 21 century, such things should be out of the box.
