    Add support for "Private" & "Shared, Private on first use" for HCL Verse

    Currently following folder types created in Mail File using Notes Client are not supported in HCL Verse (VOP) "Private" & "Shared, Private on first use",

    Attachments in Draft email should be able to open by IBM Verse and message formatting should be intact.
