Welcome to the #dominoforever Product Ideas Forum! The place where you can submit product ideas and enhancement request. We encourage you to participate by voting on, commenting on, and creating new ideas. All new ideas will be evaluated by HCL Product Management & Engineering teams, and the next steps will be communicated. While not all submitted ideas will be executed upon, community feedback will play a key role in influencing which ideas are and when they will be implemented.

Why not put the fields that you want to hide into a computed subform? However, as long as the database design is not hidden, users will be able to see the contents of a field using the property box.
Disagree that you disagree. Encryption or no encryption but you need to hide easy some information on forms, hide when is not security and encryption is impossible to implement to real users.
Disagree. This would need a change to the server to not deliver hidden fields to the client. Seams complex to implement from my point of view and will definitely cause replication troubles. Making encryption easier to use is the way to go IMHO
