Set up a button on the received email or in the Action Menu when you receive a suspicious/SPAM email. Export the email to the EML file format and then send it to the security administrator.

Remember 'show everyone' preference.

I don't want to 'show everyone' most of the time, but it is the default. Can you cookie my preference somehow? A key reason for this is that it shows up on meeting recordings.

When you go ahead and click the "Help"->"Help Topics" from the embedded Sametime client it does open up a modal window which then locks the entire notes client usage as well until you close this help topic Whereas if you click on the "Help" from the Notes Client which does also contains the Sametime help document always opens up in a non-modal window where it stays separate and doesn't interfere nor lock up the Notes client usage.
