Disable the gradient in the action bar.

Since Notes 10, the action bar is now displayed as a gradient. From a design perspective, I would like the ability to disable the gradient.

Shared actions ideas

1) Move shared actions under Shared Elements. A few ancients will complain, but I believe they belongs there. 2) Compile LS shared actions when they are saved. And raise errors when they are saved. So I do not have to wait until view is displayed....

Ability to view message (smtp) headers

Ability to view email of sender (not only friendly name), and other SMTP headers. Analogically to Notes client View->Show->Page Source.
