    Sometimes Sametime users mistakenly click leave button during the meeting. Adding "Really want to leave" dialog when leaving will solve this issue.

    Meeting Reservation (Planned Meeting)

    Some meeting tools in the market provide reservation function and it's common function. Instant meeting url has risk of confriction. Date/Time Room Name (URL) Notification mail with iCal Subject and details of the meeting.
