    When NRPC network connection lost, Notes/Domino need to handle it more quickly

    Notes/Domino NRPC connections (on port 1352) are usually persistent. In some environment, Firewall or other devices will kill the connection after it idle for a certain period of time. In such case Notes/Domino is not aware of the connection lost....
