    fix unread counter on hierarchical folders

    When using subfolders the unread counter is correct on each sub folder but not on their parent folder.

    Allow users to move meetings from inbox folder to other folders in the mail file and still leave the meetings visible in the Calendar inbox view.

    Using Verse on Premise, the meeting notifications will only be available in the Calendar inbox if it stays in the inbox folder. Moving it to a different folder will make it disappear in the calendar inbox.
