When user is locked out in inetlockout.nsf admin and/or user should receive optional notifications

Return the ability to enlarge photo when hovering the cursor over it in Sametime chat window. This option was available in Sametime 8.5.x but was removed since version 9.

Good option that gives you the opportunity to clearly view the image of the employee and to impress business users. I didn't see that option in other chat-clients.
