Text formatting with brush function

Since upgrading to Verse 3.2.1 there is no more brush to copy text formatting. Is this due to the new richt text formatter ?

With Domino Web access there was the possibility of modifying a received email, including the subject. There is a dedicated button. This isn't possible with Verse, can it be implemented? Thank you
