automatic Rename in contactlist (buddy list and persistent chat)

changing user name should be automatic in Sametime, now admin should create file (CSV) ,upload it and run the command. so many support calls on this! this can and should be automated. it is 21 century, such things should be out of the box.

Need Screen Capture tool on Sametime 11.5/11.6 WebClient

Screen Capture tool is a very common and useful tool that is used in chat software. But latest version of ST 11.5/11.6 doesn't have it. It is inconvenient to take screenshot when chatting with someone.

Hi, It would be great to have an option in the calendar or in SameTime which can check quickly check the out-of-office status of other people. It would be useful when you have to check if your colleague is on vacation or is out of office.
