Disable User Changing Sametime Auto-Status Changes Preferences

An admin can lock the Event (such as Keyboard and mouse inactivity) and set the "When I have not used my keyboard ....." time but the user can still change the "Automatically set my status" prefs. It would be great to lock this as well.

Client Managed Replica and Mail Rules

Is there a road-map entry for a change in behavior of mail rules when using client managed replica? At the moment the user is not able to manage those from inside of his replica. He need actively switch to his server database to maintain mail rules.
