Ability to send a chat to a group without opening and/or selecting the users

When i want to send a chatmessage to a group, i need to open it first "Invite for chat". It would be great to have an option on the same level as an Announcement: "Right click on Group-Send-Chatmessage"

    This features exists in version 12. This will open a group chat with all members of the group. If this request is to just send a message, that would be considered an announcement. Please let me know if this request is for something slightly different. Thanks!
