Disable User Changing Sametime Auto-Status Changes Preferences

An admin can lock the Event (such as Keyboard and mouse inactivity) and set the "When I have not used my keyboard ....." time but the user can still change the "Automatically set my status" prefs. It would be great to lock this as well.

Ability to send a chat to a group without opening and/or selecting the users

When i want to send a chatmessage to a group, i need to open it first "Invite for chat". It would be great to have an option on the same level as an Announcement: "Right click on Group-Send-Chatmessage"

When you go ahead and click the "Help"->"Help Topics" from the embedded Sametime client it does open up a modal window which then locks the entire notes client usage as well until you close this help topic Whereas if you click on the "Help" from the Notes Client which does also contains the Sametime help document always opens up in a non-modal window where it stays separate and doesn't interfere nor lock up the Notes client usage.
