Focus on the meeting, not the controls

Within Sametime Meeting, the controls are spread across the window, the idea is to consolidate the controls in one place. See images.

User list organization inside the meeting

The user list appears on the top of window, and we have the possibility to hide/show. The possibility to add other view for user list inside the meeting can help to have a better view, for example, change to the right or left, change the size, etc.

Allow undocking of windows

Allow all windows (chat, participants, etc.) to be unplugged so they can be freely arranged on the screen or moved to a second monitor. This works in Webex and many of our users miss this feature in Sametime Meetings.
