    User list organization inside the meeting

    The user list appears on the top of window, and we have the possibility to hide/show. The possibility to add other view for user list inside the meeting can help to have a better view, for example, change to the right or left, change the size, etc.

    The horizontal scroll in a group of emails is not on the main page, but at the bottom of the message. It is necessary to make the scroll visible at once

    Allow other video stream vendors

    Sametime Meetings 11.5 allows users to stream YouTube-Links directly in Meetings. It would be great of other sources of video streams could be shared e.g. Vimeo, etc. In particular internal video sources for OnPrem deployments could be useful.

    VoP should have the capability to lookup Internet address of sender from the "INetFrom" field when replying to the sender

    VoP should have the capability to lookup Internet address of sender from the "INetFrom" field when replying to the sender . Where sender is a person from other domain (in absence of Directory Assistance), replying to it will cause delivery failure.

    Audible alert for new email

    I often miss new emails arriving because I miss the browser message alert. The option of an audible alert would be very useful.

    could be usefull to enable non http links like sip:// or ciscotel:// , so you are able to call an other client on your desktop that is used for videoconferencing. F.e.: Cisco Jabber client uses the uri ciscotel:// ,,, so if client uses jabber for ...

    Recipient Icons / Attention Indicator in Verse on Premises

    We use the Recipient Icons in our Notesclients and in iNotes.The advantage is that the user knows before opening a mail if he is only on copy.... Unfortunately this option is not available at the moment in VOP (we use VOP 1.0.9a).

    Support commmunity files in Connections as attachments

    Currently VoP supports only personal files in Connections as a source or targed place for mail attachements. This is insane and a big painpoint for Verse/VoP/Connections users for many years. Please allow users to select a Community file as an ...
