Today you have to call "Edit \ Copy As \ Application Link" entry, CTRL+M to create a new memo, CTR+V to paste the shortcut. It may be simpler with a new entry in the main menu and a button for the toolbars.

Switch to persons from a meeting in calendar

Its not possible to open a person document from the invitees list of an meeting. You have to go back to the calendar, open persons and search for the person. It should be possible to open the person document like possible in mails (by touch).
