Want to hide the [Rooms & Resources] tab from a mail preferences

In the environment that does not use the Resources reservations DB, I want a parameter that hides the [Rooms & Resources] tab from the mail database preferences.

Comparing the fields and forms of the document properties on both notes client and iNotes, there is no "FORM" field to populate the necessary condition on the iNotes level. It is working on Notes client and not on iNotes.
