"Send and save to folder" instead of "send and file" when composing a mail to Verse

This will replace the option "send and file" and changed it to "Send and save to folder" when sending a mail as an option on HCL Verse.

Allow mailin managers to change signatures and other settings of the mailin database from within Verse

When you open a mailin database in Verse, you cannot change the signature. IBM told us to change the owner to yourself and change the signature. Then change it back into what is was before. Please add this functionality into Verse

Move The Archive Link button to the menu-bar

It's more clear, and conform the new UI, to see the Link Archive button on the menu-bar level. Now it's like iNotes, and thats not want we want to see anymore :-) And…..when you create a new folder, it's created beneath the Archive link.

Remove Archive Access when you are inside an archive

With VOP 1.0.8, the option is introduced to access your Archive. When you have opened your Archive, you see……..an option to open your Archive….which results in an error. Please remove the Archive Access "button" when you are inside an Archive.

Calender invitation for a Community (Events widget)

Outcome from a customer meeting: If Connections and Domino are both in use and integrated with each other it should be possible to send a meeting invitation to a Communiy (events widget). This would simplify the team work.

When opening or downloading attachments from within Verse within your INTRANET ZONE....all attachments are downloaded as is, including macro's enabled. With the MOTW flag you can disable that and start ( example ) word or excel in a security mode:...

Provide an additional information with name lookup in To or CC fields

Currently when we perform the name lookup in To or CC fields then only User Name is shown. There is a feature request to show additional information like Work, Location, Office Phone etc. along with user name.
