Support authenticated proxy for APNS with the Sametime Proxy

At this moment only unauthenticated proxy for APNS is supported in the Sametime Proxy. Please make it also authenticated. For our organization, it's the only way to go.

When posting software, add the according checksum(s).

Case TS001524279 for reference. Making a long story short, this case was opened for 2 weeks before IBM noticed a posted EXE was corrupt. Publishing the checksum would have shortened the case to 2 days or so. Also general security best practice.

We have been asked by our GDPR officer if it is possible to save all chat transcripts on the server. This is separate from the client preferences and users will still have the option to save to their mail file.
