    The Notes clients location document has configuration for Web-Retriever. The client also has a perweb.nsf database. I see no reason why this still exists in Notes version 11. Is the web retriever still being used by any code in Notes?

    This is pretty much a default option in almost all mail clients. It is trivially easy to add to the mail template, but then you have an 'unsupported custom template'. Like to see it in the default mail template.

    Hide fields in properties box

    By using hide options on a form, you can hide sensitive info for specific users. But this is of no use if that user can read field data using the properties box.Have an ACL option to determine who can see field data in the properties box.
