    Add a feature to detect semaphore timeout

    In this release, System Administrator cannot detect semaphore timeout until domino server is not responding. Administrator want to detect long-held sem timeout, and restart domino server as soon as possible. We have statistic value "Sem.Timeout" ....

    Update the default Domino web page with an image for V10

    Either add a new default image, or update the page to pull in the current code base and/or theme for the version of Domino that's running. IBM Domino covers all the releases, but differentiation is always good.
