More than 1000 documents in Notes View shall be retrieved.

1000 is max number of documents in Notes view to retrieve. 1000 is not eonugh for business applications.

Should pop-up comfirm window when mark all read/unread via "Mark as" icon button

There is one option "Do not prompt when marking all documents read or unread" uncheck by default under File > Preference > Basic Notes client configuration. But it only work when end user click Edit ->Unread Marks->Mark All Read/Mark A...

Make it possible for users to make comment on HCL technotes

would nice to be able to comment on tech notes released by HCL. Many tech notes are poorly written and confusing. Allowing additional comments from users to tech notes can help people to resolve issues faster as the community can help out.

Add the ability to have a URL or compose email to a view column to click on

It would be nice to have the ability to have a column in a view have either an email or a URL address to be clicked on. For an email address, it would compose the email and for a web address it would open the addressin a browser.

We need an easy way to set and enable auto-reply on a mail(in) database. Now you need to create an Agent with Easy Actions ( reply to sender ) .... It would be nice to have this in the UI in Notes and Verse.

it is possible to make sure that the results of a search are not highlighted? this causes reading problems when printing the documents.
