Possibility to start multiple fixup tasks

Like in the compact options ( -# n ) it would be helpful to have this option also available with the fixup options ( if it´s technically possible ). So a "lo fixup ... -F -J -# n" would start multiple fixup tasks and maybe would be helpful to have...

File Import : Provide CSV/Text file import dialog in order to map to Notes field.

Currently we have to make view for CSV import or make col file for text import in order to import and map to Notes fields. Please provide CSV/Text file import dialog in order to map to Notes field. the col file is too old style.
