Notes Shared Login password to sync with http password

we can only sync Notes and http password. But if one is using Notes Shared Login on their environment, sync with HTTP password is not possible as Notes password does not exist (it uses login feature that you log in to Windows)

Add an option to programmatically open a frameset in a specific database

Today, neither @Command([OpenFrameset]) nor NotesUiWorkspace.OpenFrameSet() allow opening a frameset in a specific database (other than the "current" database). I'd like this limitation to be removed.
