    make icons in Notes sizable based on OS size scale

    ENV: windows 10, notes client R901 end user adjusted 'size of text, apps and other items' to 250% with highest resolution. in notes client, he found icons in action bar in New Memo is too small.

    After Downloading of Attachment allows user to see them in folder

    Notes client dows not allow save and open containing folder. It would be nice to open folder for detached attachment, while now the user needs to navigate to the (right!) folder.
