LEAP HELM: Ability to add certificate to TrustStore

The current helm chart allows a certificate to be added to the keystore, but not the trust store. This involves a few things: defining a truststore in liberty (server.xml) importing provided certificate into the truststore

Currently you have to configure exactly one fixed base URL for all LEAP applications and the backend/editor. In the case LEAP is running behind a reverse proxy it would be great to have the ability to assign specific base URLs for each application...
