    Increase the data segment handling capacity of Notes Client (Mail Rendering)

    Due to the current limitation of Notes Client on handling large data segement (32K), when opening mails with large data chunks, the Notes Client crashes. Reference SPRs: SPR # JDOE8FLLN4 SPR # JDOE8FLH7F
