Allow Xpages without Dojo

I don't have the need for dojo integration in Xpages applications all the time. If I use the Bootstrap theme, it makes sence to use Bootstrap or JQuery controls. In general, we should be able to choose if we want to download Dojo js and css files.

Custom Theme colours for Custom applications

The User can now change the theme colours. The Email app makes use of those colours. It would be great if we could use those same colours, for a consistent user experience. Posted by Theo Heselmans

Fully document C API functions for DQL

Need to ensure that the C interfaces for the new DQL feature is documented in the public C API materials.
