Drag and Drop a mail to file system with / without shift-key switches between saving .eml and shortcut.

Behavior of Drag and Drop a mail to file system changes according to preference setting, and it is cumbersome and not easy to use. It is quite convenient if key combination with drag and drop switches the both functions.
