    Restrict user to view invite attachment

    As a chairperson of a meeting, I would like to be able to limit invitees to view the attachment on the meeting in order to prevent viewing sensitive information ahead of time and getting misused.

    Implement "Server_Clock_User" to show server transactions for a specific user
