HTTP/2 support

I’ve seen SNI requested elsewhere (and yes that needs to be added), but HTTP/2 is pretty common now.

PDF file preview support require using HCL verse.

Additional window/tab is created, when notes link is clicked.

Nomad Web supports the notes:// link protocol handler. When a user clicks the notes:// link, Nomad Web creates additional window/tab which shows a notification as the attached picture. Customer requested not to create this additional window/tab.
