Ability to disable/remove "IBM Auto Update" Service if "HCL Auto Update" is already running after installation

After upgrading Notes client to later versions (V11.x or V12.x), "IBM Auto Update" service will remain considering " HCL Auto Update" service is already running. There is no way to remove or disable IBM service at this time.

When an idea is planed to implement, it was good to see in what Version are the idea are implemnted. Add a Field in the ideas database when an idea is implemented.

The organization tree service is included with the v9.0.1 Sametime SDK and not currently supported in Sametime 11.5 and 11.6. Please add the support of the Org Tree toolkit in Sametime 11.x and future versions.
