Mail rule delete duplicate email

I got duplicate email every day because i have my account in many group and individual. Mail rule should be check and delete duplicate email to increase database storage.

CSV export in UTF-8 BOM format (for user registration)

It is not possible to export from a employee management notes database and import new users as csv text file with UTF-8 BOM format in the admin client. This is the REQUIRED format from HCL!

Communication with customers in the App Store

I keep seeing that many customers write a review in the Appstore to the Verse app. Unfortunately, IBM does not respond to suggestions for improvement at all. This is not good. You can respond to the reviews. Why do not you do that?
