    Domino console for iOS (iPad)

    I would like to use the Domino console for iOS. There are situations where the Administrator needs access to the console and it would suffice for fast access eg from Tablet. A similar solution as a Window client application.

    Rules to set retention policy on emails

    An option to create a rule that marks documents with a retention policy. So the news letters in your inbox gets deleted after 3 months or other information not relevant to store more that 1 months is automatically deleted

    Mark signed Mails in Sent-folder as "signed"

    At the moment signed mails does not show as signed in the sent-folder of the sender. It would be greate if mails in the sent-folder shown as signed like it is with encrypted mails.

    User list organization inside the meeting

    The user list appears on the top of window, and we have the possibility to hide/show. The possibility to add other view for user list inside the meeting can help to have a better view, for example, change to the right or left, change the size, etc.

    Database Suspend Mode

    Take a database offline without doing anything in its ACL or shutting down the server just like the database suspend mode in Exchange servers.

    Ability for sharer to freeze presented material screen

    When presenting materials, it's common to be making changes in the background to the materials being presented or preparing another document to be shared. We use this feature extensively in gotomeeting.
