Installation and Configuration of sametime

Please make the installation and configuration of Sametime meeting simple. Now a trained IBM person can not carry out this job in one shot. They take help from various contacts and we are unable to make an Installation steps also

Automatic creation of archive DB (or archiveprofile) when registering (a) new user(s)

When you register new users, have an option (via registration policy?) to create an archive DB linked to the mail file. New user would have a preset archive when first opening his/her mail.

Let adminp rename proces also renames user in vpuserinfo.nsf

There should be some way to encrypt a database while at rest on a server.

For security purposes. If this feature exists I can't find it. It should be possible to encrypt multi-user databases while they are at rest on the server. We can encrypt the backups of a database and we can encrypt the traffic to/from the database...
