    we rather see less support calls that people have forgotten their new passport set on Fridays or simply did not have the opportunity to renew their passwords in the weekends

    on database level the option to access a database completely anonymous. No tracking via log, views, documents (signature). Message to client when accessing db.

    Similar as to how app developers can make filters for their data grids, couldn't one expand on this allowing the user to build their own filters via the interface? For example, data grid dumps all records dependent on a selection of chosen columns...

    ICS One Development tools, Standard language and seemless integration

    ICS product should have only one development tools. and standard language such as lotusscript, xpages, jss should be develop in ibm connection and sametime or everything in ics.
