Sametime Premium on non-containerized installation.

In 12.0.2FP2 Sametime on a non-containerized installation was released. However it appears to only have the limited ST feature(chat-only). Hope the premium features would also be added in the future. https://opensource.hcltechsw.com/sametime-doc/v...
