additional feature in Notes client for converting DXL files to EML Format

For opening DXL files, we need a notes API for Notes client.For opening an EML file you can use different mail programs. Hence having a conversion feature of DXL files to EML with in the Notes client will be very helpful.

Starting from Notes 10.0.1, only few file formats can be viewed via Notes Client. .mps file can be opened via Notepad so I believe it can also be viewed via Notes like .txt file.
