Open multiple instances of a database

Make it possible to open multiple tabs for a single database. For example, If we opened the mail archive database once from the workspace and opening it again it re-directs us to the opened one, doesn't open the new tab.

Keep "Mark Private" setting, when you Delegate an invite to someone else.

When you delegate a "Mark Private" meeting request, Domino or Notes removes the "Mark Private" option. Everyone with access to the delegated users' Agenda, can now see the meeting. Please keep the "Mark Private" setting ALLWAYS. Maybe it's a bug...

Would save a lot of time and effort if the admin could have a desktop policy entry to have default calendar loaded in the users Calendar. We also have a custom calendar that we use for offset days of holidays, say if it would come on a weekend. So...
