Combine ToDo and Follow Up

To Do and Follow Up seem to overlap too much and there usage is cumbersome, perhaps they could be combined. For Action in Verse is simply Notes Follow Up but presented in a much slicker way, the same functionality should be in Notes.

When the mail DB template upgraded to mail12.ntf, "Grouping by date" and "Message beginning" were enabled on their own.

The users do NOT want the settings to change on their own. Before the Notes client changes the setting, it should display a confirmation message and give the user the option to enable or disable the feature.

Support XLSX Files as Import Source

Notes used to support importing data directly from a 123 spreadsheet. It would be great to support importing directly from an XLSX file.

Popup option for missed alarm notification with "Notes V11 Theme"

Show complete server name on workspace

Longer server names will not completely shown on Notes 12 Workspace. We have more servers with same names and added number, in this case we can't see on witch server database is

Notes MUI interface language is not changing in some options when changing to a different language under User Preferences.

The current workaround to get all the interface language to the desired language is to uninstall the client and remove the bookmark.nsf and bookmark.ntf. This issue is also reported in Software Problem Report NFROD3QU8X

Add emoticons on Notes Client mail creation

The user can personalize his mails by adding emoticons. Currently, typing ":)" or any emoticon text will not convert it to an emoticon.

Provide translation services within Notes client

Would be nice to be able to tie a translation services into the Notes client. User could have the option to manually or automatically translate from one language to another.
