Integrate Hardcopy Application with Notes Client

End user wants to integrate Hardcopy Application(https:// info.hardcopy.de/) with Notes Client to send an email.

Remember 'show everyone' preference.

I don't want to 'show everyone' most of the time, but it is the default. Can you cookie my preference somehow? A key reason for this is that it shows up on meeting recordings.

When you go ahead and click the "Help"->"Help Topics" from the embedded Sametime client it does open up a modal window which then locks the entire notes client usage as well until you close this help topic Whereas if you click on the "Help" from the Notes Client which does also contains the Sametime help document always opens up in a non-modal window where it stays separate and doesn't interfere nor lock up the Notes client usage.

HCL Auto update Service AUT to be optional for Notes installation.

Currently Notes AUT is not optional , it is installed by default. So can't exclude it. There is requirement from customer that service to be optional while notes installation.

Ability to share multiple Application window while presenting

It would be great to have the ability to select multiple application window while presenting. Currently user can select only one application window at a time.

Is FSLogix certified to use with the HCL Notes client?

Planning to use FSLogix in order to move the user-profiles in Windows from local to a remote server. Please consider this request as an enhancement for future releases if possible.

Disable the ability to respond to meeting invitation from the Internet

The customer does not use the meeting invitation function from the Internet for security reasons, so the Notes client should not be able to reply to the meeting invitation e-mail.

Pop up prompt notification for External mails

This feature will enable pop up prompt for external mails when receive. It will prevent any phishing attacks.
