Enable link to replay for absent users.

Warning in sending mail to out-of-office users in Notes domain(s).

Do you want ot recieve OOO after sending a mail? It's productive to know before sending. It is possible witin the same Notes Domain as Domino Server knows who is OOO. It may be possible for other Notes domains.
