FT index size quota

Change email ID option in iNotes.

As in Notes Client, there is an option to change the email id in Location Document>>Basic >>Internet Email Address. A similar option is needed to change in iNotes so that the user can send the customise emails.

Permit to disable the property "Refresh design on admin server only", and set it to OFF

As the default is ON today, DBs are created on different servers in cluster, and running the load design command on a single server some DBs can't be updated. It's a problem, I need to manage the flags before the update.
